Mr. Edwardson holds a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo. He started his career with the Ontario Ministry of the Environment in 1978 where he worked for 10 years as a Project Manager. While in this position, he coordinated a project that investigated past waste disposal practices, directed MOE’s participation in a point source survey of the Detroit, St. Clair and St. Mary’s Rivers and coordinated comprehensive clean-up plans for the Detroit and St. Clair Rivers. In 1997, Mr. Edwardson became Facility Manager for the Lambton Landfill operated by Clean Harbors Canada Inc. In 2006, he accepted the General Manager’s position with the Sarnia-Lambton Environmental Association which is an environmental cooperative consisting of 19 member companies located in Sarnia-Lambton.
