John A. Trudgen comes with thirty four years of municipal experience working as a senior municipal officer within all three participating conservation authorities. He has had experience working with the Dover River Road, Paincourt, Mitchell’s Bay and Lambeth municipal water systems and the Landsdowne Drinking water system in the Township of Thousand Islands. John has extensive experience with the Ontario Drainage Act and the Planning Act. John is a graduate from St. Clair College, Queens University, and Michigan State University in both Business and Municipal Administration. His designations include the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, MMC and the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario, AMCTO and CMO.
