Mr. Patrick Donnelly represents the City of London on the Source Protection Committee and is currently employed as the Watershed Program Manager for the City. He holds both Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Science (Geography/Geology). Mr. Donnelly is a professional planner and has extensive environmental planning experience in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Donnelly has researched and authored a number of publications including subwatershed studies in the Thames and adjacent watersheds, natural heritage sections of the Lambton County Official Plan and co-authored the education kit titled “Changing Our Future – Climate Change and the Great Lakes.” In addition, he has served as a sessional instructor and guest lecturer at the University of Guelph and Fanshawe College. Mr. Donnelly is the Co-founder of the Lake Huron Centre for Coastal Conservation.
